About this house rental
Brand new beachfront 5 bedroom/5 bath home in Galveston's premier family friendly neighborhood of Beachside Village. Enjoy 180 degree ocean views from the second or third stories of inside this climate controlled oasis. Soak in the sun with very close beach walkover access.
Beachfront new construction home comes with four king bedrooms equipped with en suite bathrooms in addition to a four-bedded bunk room for the kids. There is an expansive patio with private backyard, outdoor shower, kitchenette for grilling, downstairs lounging area with swings and loungers, and a side fire pit for evening s'mores or socializing.
The second (main) floor has a gourmet kitchen, separate bar area and laundry room. There is 180 degrees (3 walls) of windows for beach views in the main living area. One king bedroom is located on this floor near the front of the home with deck access.
The third floor features a master bedroom with private beach view deck, ensuite bath with soaking tub and generous master closet. Two additional king bedrooms are located at the front of the home with private deck access and attached full bathrooms. The bunk room is accessible just off the stairs and has one full and three twin beds.
The ground level also has a storage area with some beach equipment and a wagon. There are some chairs, kids boogie boards, and standard buckets and shovels for sand castles.
There is also an EV charger. It is a nema 14-50 plug. We provide a Tesla nema 14-50 adapter but you will need your own charging cable. We do not provide any non-tesla adapters.
Please note that Beachside Village is a growing community and there is the possibility of construction noise Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm

This house was perfect for our three night girl getaway! We are a group of 6 friends since first grade! We are now all retired and in our prime (young 70 years ). Could not have asked for a nicer house: on the beach, beautiful views, beautiful house and a wonderful host! We definitely will be returning.

Very welcoming host and beautiful home with a beautiful view! Our families enjoyed having plenty of space to gather, comfortable beds, and all the amenities you would need. The ice machine was so great to have. The fridge was huge to hold all the food and there was plenty of dishware for our group of 10. The home is located in a very nice community and all the fun Galveston attractions are a short drive away. Would love to stay here again! We loved our January/New Year beach trip!

Great host and a wonderful home, the kids bunk room was awesome and the entire family had a blast. All the bedrooms were very spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Kitchen/Living area was perfect for hosting and the views of the ocean were stunning! Highly recommend. Lord willing we will be back again next year!
