Arcachon - Ville d'Hiver district right next to the Parc Mauresque - 5 minutes walk from the city center by taking the Parc Mauresque elevator and close to the beaches.
In a beautiful Arcachon house, Studio of 27 m² habitable on the ground floor, for 2 people, opening onto a terrace and garden of 78 m² in a quiet area:
- A small entrance, a fitted kitchen which opens onto the terrace with a high table and 2 stools
- A living room which opens onto the terrace and the garden: convertible sofa (sleeps 2 people), 2 bedside tables, 1 table with extensions and 4 chairs, no TV, large closet, shelf and wardrobe.
- A bathroom: Italian shower, 1 vanity sink (no hair dryer) and 1 WC
1 secure and airy parking space, terrace and garden.
An ideal studio to spend a great holiday in Arcachon.
Linen not provided, possibility to rent via the agency, [hidden] 1 pack 160 cm sheets + towels = 42 Euros/week - 1 pack 90 cm sheets + towels = 32 Euros/week.
Optional cleaning fee 50 Euros
In winter (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be billed in addition to the rent with a flat rate of 10 €/day
