This condo features two queen bedrooms and a queen pull-out sofa. A single AC unit in the living/dining area helps keep the space cool during warmer months. Bedroom windows have pull-down blinds, and the living room sliding door has curtains. There are fewer than 10 steps from the parking lot to the front door. Main Street is about 2.5 miles away via the Stowe Recreation Path.



*Water Disclosure
The EPA and State of Vermont have issued a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Tap water should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any consumptive use. It is safe for bathing, showering, and washing clothes.
Bottled water is available daily at the pool center from 9 AM to 9 PM, and this unit is also supplied with a water cooler for guest use. Mountainside Resort is actively working on installing the necessary filtration system to resolve the issue.
