Peace at Skyview is located only 10 minutes from downtown and is tucked away in a nice quiet place with straight and easy access to I35. It's located in a safe neighborhood with a wide street and no through traffic - unlike some listings in Waco, you will feel perfectly safe here! This home provides 2 bedrooms with the Master separated for guest privacy, has 2 full bathrooms, and a nice living room with a work station. This custom home is sure to be a place you find peaceful, safe, and relaxing!
You can stroll to the end of the street and cross through a small wooded area into a neighborhood with many routes for a nice walk! The area is built around a series of lakes and is very picturesque, comfortable, and friendly!

We stayed here during a weekend tournament at Riverbend Park Ballfields. It was just a short 9 mins away, and groceries stores were just as close. Tucked away from the main road, the neighborhood was absolutely wonderful and quiet.
The house was exactly as advertised! The kitchens exceptionally equipped for full meal cooking, and the beds/showers hit the spot after a long day on the fields. We would 100% stay here again.

Josh was quick to respond and extremely helpful. The house was well appointed, clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was about 15 minutes to Baylor campus and a very easy drive. Will definitely stay there again.
