The house can sleep six in the bedrooms, two on the pull out queen-sized couch, and two on the full-sized futon in the outdoor living room. The outdoor living room is NOT temperature controlled and can be hot during the day and cool at night.
***AWD or 4WD vehicle is recommended during winter months.***
Firepit and deck furniture are available mid May - mid October.
PETS: Dogs are welcome! A pet fee of $75 must be paid before arriving. Please select the number of dogs when booking the reservation.
OTHER: The property is situated on and adjacent to wooded areas and hay fields. As this is the countryside, be prepared to see wildlife and to be exposed to insects. Bug spray is recommended.

What a wonderful place tucked away from the rat race of society. Loved our mornings drinking coffee on the porch watching the deer nibble on grass. Had the pleasure of seeing a fox skip through the woods as well! Home was fully stocked with comforts of home and probably had two of the best nights of sleep we have had in years! Quiet…peaceful and comfortable! We will recommend and we will be back!

Love this cosy home. Loved the fire pit, swings, all the beautiful antiques and seeing the deer each morning. It was perfect vacation spot. We will be back next year.

This property is precious, comfy, welcoming, convenient, remote, safe, and the perfect quiet “get away from the world” vibe. Every detail makes this home special with antiques and casual yet classy style. The grounds are gorgeous. You feel relaxation setting in as soon as you drive up the gravel hill driveway and approach the welcoming entrance. I want to stay here every time we visit our daughter at SUNY Covleskill!
