3 Bedroom Luxury "Barn-dominium" on 10 wooded acres with a pond... ALL to yourself! Listen to the nothing but the sounds of nature while roasting s'mores around the fire pit and star gazing. Perfect getaway for a couple or families, better than glamping! The property has 25 acres in total and you have full access to the front 10 acres. Early stages of a new home build prevent access to the back 15 acres. Huge open garage hangar available to use as you like... family gathering, birthday party, family fun activities, bags, badminton, pickleball, bike riding, whatever your imagination can come up with. Master with King Bed on main level along with full bathroom, kitchen, living room, bar and small table. Upstairs you will find a giant loft and 2 non-conventional bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. Out your front door you will find a patio with furniture for lounging and a beautiful campfire site complete with boulder seats and hammocks for relaxing! Get connected to nature and find your peace in this serene, peaceful and gorgeous location.

If you are looking for a place/space to facilitate wedding preparations, this place is great. The large "garage/barn" space was perfect to create 25 floral centerpieces for my granddaughter's wedding --- concrete floor, plenty of storage room, easy to clean. Nestled in amongst the woods, it was a quiet, peaceful setting in the midst of all of our prep work! Great kitchen, too. Had to get out of the building and in the driveway to get cell signal, but that added to the merriment of the weekend. Plenty of parking area for the family members that came to help/have lunch.

Very clean. Just what we needed. Close enough to Frank White ball fields, but far enough from city area. Definitely would stay there again.

We have had multiple stays here when visiting the KC area. It’s a quiet, secluded spot but still very close to the city. Lovely property. Will definitely come back in the future

Pros:
Newish barndominium on acreage.
Big indoor space with games for the kids to play.
Nice motif inside
Quiet surroundings if you don’t mind crickets and cicadas :)
Comfy beds and couch
Cons:
The lagoon and pond were covered with algae which was gross.
Patio furniture was rather uncomfortable
No coffee filters for the coffee maker
Internet didn’t work half the time
Other:
Water had been shutoff due to non-payment but owner quickly resolved the issue
