The villa is laid out over two levels. You enter onto the level of a spacious living-dining room, full of charm with its exposed beams. There is a fully equipped open-concept kitchen and a terrace with a magnificent view of the pool and the sea. There is also a first bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Going down one floor, you’ll find the other three bedrooms and access to the pool, which can be reached through two different doors. Sun loungers are available, as well as an outdoor lounge area and a dining area under a porch, where you can relax and fully enjoy the view.

The villa is located in the beautiful hillside community of Monte de los Almendros. The community’s common area features a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, a tennis court, a soccer field, a playground, and a snack bar during the summer months. Guests have complimentary access to these facilities.

The beaches, restaurants, and shops of Salobreña are just a 10-minute drive away. This small town enjoys a unique location between the Sierra Nevada mountains and the sea, as well as a subtropical microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine per year and an average temperature of over 20°C.

There is easy access to the airports in Málaga (1 hour 10 minutes) and Granada (55 minutes). The picturesque mountain villages of Las Alpujarras are nearby, as are the beautiful cities of Granada, home to the Alhambra palaces, and Málaga, with its historic center and the Picasso Museum. If you enjoy skiing, the Sierra Nevada offers excellent skiing conditions during the winter season, just 75 minutes from the villa.
