This one-bedroom holiday home is perfectly located just a couple of minutes away from Paignton’s popular beach. The perfect base for a couple or a family looking to explore the South Devon coastline.. All on the Ground Floor:

Enclosed rear garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared, open May-October). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This one-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of the New Esplanade Court building in Paignton, rests just a stone’s throw away from the seafront along the Devonshire coast. Perfectly suited for a couple or a family looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea. After finding the allocated parking space, make your way through a shared hallway past other apartments to your new home away from home, stepping into a light and airy open-plan living space for an evening of unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. The dining table is a great place to enjoy a hearty breakfast before a busy day exploring the local area and the living area is a comfortable place to relax and unwind. Discover the family bedroom which is furnished with a double bed and a triple bunk bed comprising of a single bed over a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath offering the choice of a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.
During the summer months, you can make use of the outdoor communal heated swimming pool which is available to use between 1st May to 30th September, perfect for a refreshing morning swim before it gets busy. If you wish to use the swimming pool and the cover is on, you are welcome to remove it yourself. Instructions on how to do this are in the information book in the apartment and on the noticeboard by the swimming pool.
Wander into the local town and expect to find a great selection of pubs, bars and restaurants, ideal for grabbing a bite to eat during those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking. With Paignton Beach just a couple of minutes’ walk away, pack your beach bag and head off for a seaside adventure, basking in the sun and sand. For those looking to get their steps in can join the breath-taking South West Coastal Path, providing great wildlife spotting opportunities.
While here, be sure to visit the neighbouring resort of Torquay, home to even more beach fun, seaside amusements, and fantastic attractions such as Torquay’s Dinosaur World and Torre Abbey Museum, or continue the adventure to Dartmouth and explore the colourful streets and the Tudor fortress of Bayard’s Cove Fort.
