Amazing place feels like home super private enough for 2 -3 people I travelled alone and loved the space huge bath tub amazing and safe location can walk out at 2 am in the morning and feel safe . The core dc with the monuments is only 15 min drive 25 uber ride . Kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything ! Huge fridge for week worth of groceries. Air conditioner worked amazing just a truly hidden gem . I could go on and on can’t recommend enough !

When we arrived at the property, we were surprised at how easy the access was to our travel as we arrived. Easy parking from the street, the entrance to the unit is on the back side of the house with a very narrow walkway not quite big enough to back your car down to to unload… So it was a bit of a walk, but nothing undoable. This apartment is on the third floor of a three-story home and so if you’re not expecting three flights of stairs something to know about. The unit itself was very, very nice. We found it to be clean and everything was accessible, the location of the property was very simple to navigate using the public transit system as we were able to get on the bus within a two minute walk of the residence and once we learned how to get around using the transit system on the second day, it was very, very smooth and we were able to get down to the Lincoln Memorial area and all of that without any problems.The property is in a very quiet area even though it’s close to what some might consider to be a busy city street however the apartment is mostly situated so that the bedrooms are on the backside of the house and there is absolutely no noise there. There is an adequately equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms, including a Jacuzzi bathtub in one.We are both 70 years old and we get around well however if someone has difficulty climbing stairs or with lots of walking… They might want to consider a vacation spot somewhere else which has nothing to do with the apartment

Older property, great neighborhood with Market close by. A lot of stairs to upper floor residence, so be prepared to haul luggage up 4 flights of stairs. It was nice to have washer and dryer available, kitchen lacked a few things that would have made it perfect- towels, washcloth and potholders. Overall, it was a pleasant place- wouldn’t call it upscale
