Situated in the exclusive Kukui'ula neighborhood on Kauai's sun-drenched south side, this exceptional Koloa vacation rental home creates the ideal setting for your group to experience indoor-outdoor island living. Hale Mahina Hou boasts a private pool and hot tub, views of the brilliant blue Pacific, central air conditioning, stylish décor, and walls of floor-to-ceiling glass doors that disappear to bring the outdoors in.
The perfectly appointed kitchen at Hale Mahina Hou includes a sizable island with bar seating for five. It flows into a sprawling great room with a dining area for 10 and an elegant, inviting living space, spacious enough for your group to enjoy together. The great room’s sliding doors open to an expansive lanai with a dramatic infinity pool and spa, plenty of lounge seating, an outdoor living room, and outdoor dining for six, all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
Hale Mahina Hou’s airy primary bedroom has a seating area and another wall of glass doors that offer ocean views and direct access to the pool. Its en suite bath features a deep soaking tub and a huge walk-in shower that opens to a heavenly outdoor shower garden. The second master bedroom, equally luxurious, likewise has a wall of sliding doors leading out to the covered lanai and pool, and its en suite bath also features adjacent indoor and outdoor showers. The lovely third master has an en suite bath with a roomy walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity, while the thoughtfully designed bunk room provides flexible sleeping options, a large flat-screen television, and its own bath with a tub and shower. A bonus game room offers another welcoming space where guests can gather, with plenty of
comfortable seating and yet another large flat-screen and pull-out couch for additional sleeping.
This South Kauai vacation rental allows easy access to the Kiahuna Golf Club, Poipu’s world-famous beaches, and incredible dining and shopping possibilities at both the shops at Kukui'ula and Poipu Shopping Village. Activities such as stand-up paddling, hiking, and horseback riding are all nearby, along with attractions such as Old Koloa Town, the Kukui'ula Boat Harbor, the Spouting Horn blowhole, and the Makauwahi Cave Reserve (the largest limestone cave in the Hawaiian Islands).
