About this house rental
In the heart of the countryside, in a green setting 20 km from the city center of Brive and close to the most beautiful villages in France, come and stay in a comfortable charming house in red stone with beautiful quality and comfort services. The restored house offers all amenities and sleeps 6 adults. It is an ideal place to meet up with family or friends. Calm assured and unobstructed views of the countryside.
Near Collonges la Rouge, Curemonte, Aubazine with its Cistercian abbey and 18-hole golf course, Beaulieu, Turenne and less than 40 minutes from the sites of the Lot (Souilhac, Rocamadour, Padirac, Lacave caves, Sarlat, Dordogne valley), 15 minutes from Brive airport and at the crossroads of the A20 and A89, the house offers 6 beds On the first floor: an entrance, a Japanese toilet, a bedroom suite with 180 cm water bed, tv, bathroom, large shower, Japanese toilet and dressing room, a spacious living room of 70 m2 (open kitchen living room) with fireplace wood stove, sofa beds (2 additional beds), TV. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes (large induction hob, elevator hood, American refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, grain grinder, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. washing machine / dryer, vacuum cleaner, garment steamer, clothes dryer etc.... The living room / kitchen opens onto a shaded terrace with arbour, gas plancha and barbecue, outdoor table 8 covers and furniture (lounge and chairs), wooded park On the first floor: two bedrooms equipped with 160cm water beds, tv and private bathroom (shower). Each room has a storage space shelves, hair dryer. The house includes all the basic equipment: Complete set of crockery and glassware for 16 people and all adequate kitchen utensils - high chair for baby - board games (internet and WIFI) The house has a vaulted cellar with wine cellar, beer tap and ice maker. There is on a second terrace a bread oven and a jacuzzi for 6 people. The house is fully air-conditioned. Sheets and towels are provided. Private parking Weekly rental in July and August. Please note that in summer we only rent for 7 consecutive nights, a cleaning fee of 100€ and to be added for stays of less than 3 nights, to be paid on site. Socket available to charge the car, cost 10€ per day
