Welcome to your chic and spacious apartment with a conservatory, private garden, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and underfloor heating. The flat is located just 150m from the main tube station and a 3-min walk from the famous Portobello market.

Welcome to your beautiful home away from home in London!

The living area combines an elegant, stylish interior decor with gorgeous finishing touches to create a beautiful, spacious and relaxing place to live. Take the weight off your feet, chill out on the sofa and make yourself at home in this sophisticated and aesthetically pleasing space! The fireplace adds a romantic touch to the ensemble and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the calm and secluded garden. In the modern kitchen, you’ll find all the modern appliances you need to cook a delicious meal. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the whole apartment.

The master bedroom has a superbly comfortable king-size bed with fresh luxury linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space built into the design so you can unpack and settle in. There is also a second, peaceful bedroom with a double bed. You can freshen up in one of the two well-appointed bathrooms - wake up in the mornings to an energising shower. The main bathroom features Turkish-inspired interiors, recreating your personal urban hammam. Towels and toiletries are provided!

For all its many highlights, such as the perfect location, excellent transport links and modern facilities, the real highlight of the property is the stunning garden which adds to the peaceful feel of the home and creates an urban oasis in the city.

Bedroom fireplace is not active.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply check-in times after 15:00 and check-out times before 11:00.

Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times:
From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40
From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65
From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100

*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day the charge will be £100 and checkin has to be before 18:00 latest)
These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.

If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.

If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

Please note that lithium-ion bike batteries or similar items and devices are not permitted within our properties. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to this rule for the safety and comfort of all guests.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied.

No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.

Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.

Very homey and surprisingly well lit with a lot of natural light for being a basement apartment! Property manager responded quickly every time I had a question. This was prior to the trip as well as during our stay. We arrived in London in the morning, and we were allowed to check in early. Very appreciative for the accomodation! The apartment itself was clean, and we enjoyed the space. So much nicer than staying in a hotel room. The area is mostly apartments and easy walking to restaurants, shops and local grocery stores. The Portobello Market is also close by. The closest tube station is only 3 min walking. The only thing which was a minor one was that the paper towel roll in the kitchen had only 2 sheets left on it. There was also only 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We were a family of 4 staying for 8 days. Could not find any extra paper towel rolls or toilet paper in any of the cabinets. All in all though, a really wonderful stay! Would stay here again if we ever visit London again! :)
