Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was great, and the kitchen inventory was great. I did bring items to get us through the week, and ended up not using them as most all was already there!!

We really enjoyed our stay here in March 2024! The place was exceptionaly clean and well maintained. Beautiful decor and furnishings throughout. Plenty of everything in the kitchen and bedrooms were fully stocked with extra pillows, bedding, blankets and beach towels. Location was perfect - close to everything! Would highly recommend!!!

I’ve stayed in many places both in Florida and Arizona. This place gets top marks in every detail. Definitely the best stocked rental I’ve stayed in. Everything was clean and well kept. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant. Although not right on the beach it suited us just fine. We rented with 5 adults and 1 child. The hosts were friendly easy to contact and helpful. I would recommend this place 100 % and would definitely stay here again..
