Impressive boutique hostel in the heart of Chueca, two-minute walk from Gran Vía, the quintessential artery of the capital. The space boasts a sublime and very cozy decoration that mixes refined antiques with modern furniture.The Queen's house consists of seven private en-suite bedrooms, all of them with a 150x200 double bed. Bed linen and towels for guests are provided indeed. In the bathrooms, following the customs of the best hotels, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are provided too.Next to all traditional points of great interest (tourism and leisure). Leaving it, you will run into all the social bustle of the capital. Upon entering, peace and relaxation guaranteed.Building with elevator.

Room, bed, bathroom and shower are beautiful, new and clean. Excellent walkable location to so much of Madrid - and especially nice to be among all the stores and bars of gay neighborhood.
We had luggage problems and were waiting for the airline to deliver them, but was hard to coordinate because there is no person/staff on site. It’s all self-service, and they were not very responsive on email.
Note the dependence on an electronic key (aka a link on phone) worked without a hitch, until there was a challenge. When we hit the unclear check-out button the morning of leaving and were locked out prematurely from the hotel room, it took calling the emergency number several times with unhelpful calling service and 30 minutes for someone to help us and let us back into the hotel before full check out — at 9am in the morning. Nearly had us missing our train.
