The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for four guests and a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite with shower and a basin and a double room, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a private front patio with furniture, There is one space on the drive, which is only suitable for a small car, and it is best to parallel park in this space. Should you wish, please open the garage door from the inside and park with the front or rear of your car within the garage. As the back door is securely locked, this does not pose a security issue. Please be careful when parking in front of the garage to avoid hitting the door, any damage to the garage door during your stay will be chargeable.. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note no smoking. No pets allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair is also available. 2 Church Street is the perfect base for your next adventure in the Cotswolds. Please Note: No Work Parties.
