Cottage sits back from water but has great views of the water from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Mooring available for renters to use. Sandy beach is amazing! This cottage has a Friday turnover.

House was beautiful and clean - it was exactly what we needed. We appreciated the beautiful views and sunset at the end of some very long days. Sandra was an incredible host. So grateful for her communication, and fast turn around!

We had a fantastic stay at Sandra's property on Sebago Lake. The location could not be better, you are a beautiful lawn's distance from your private beach and 3 minutes from all of the amenities of North Windham. Sandra is extremely responsive and accommodating. The camp was cozy and equipped with everything that we needed. Having a washer and dryer in unit were extremely helpful. We could not have found a better place to stay with our 18 month old for two weeks on the lake. The camp is on a lovely private road and has a driveway plenty of parking. We will definitely be staying here again!
