▸This one bed, one bath condo is fully furnished and equipped with new all new furniture and more. This unit sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin size bunk beds, and a queen sized mattress in the sofa bed.
▸The living room is equipped with a 50” smart tv.
▸In the kitchen you will find full sized appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, flat top range, dishwasher, and a keruig and drip coffee pots for all your needs.
▸The bathroom has a full sized vanity, tub & shower combo, abundant lighting, and towel hooks.
▸In the bedroom you will find a queen size mattress, full sized closet, three drawer dresser, a 42” smart TV, and a bedside table.

1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.
2. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
3. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online so please message us with your request.
4. This condo DOES NOT accept pets.

The management/owners were very responsive to anything we called about regarding or room (lamp needed new bulb and thermostat needed new battery), the view of the ocean was nice, mattress was comfy, however AC was either loud and intense (living room) or warm and stuffy (bedroom). The elevator situation was having problems. Only 1 of the 3 was working continuously. Covered parking was nice.

We had a nice clean condo. The whole place was a little run down but they are remodeling it so it should be better at some time. Unfortunately we had to call the police because there was a fight right in the walkway between 3 guests a few doors down from us. My wife wanted to leave a day early because of this. We also told security about what happened but they didn't seem to be very concerned with it. Hopefully this is not a usual thing that happens at this place. Decent price but with people fighting around you and a little run down it might be better to pay a little more for a more secure place to stay.
