Very nice view from the terrace, where you can spend time with a cup of coffee in the evening.
Double bed 2х2, work zone. Large refrigerator, microwave, washing machine.
All kitchen appliances are present. Blankets bedspreads, clean linen.
I have a dedicated parking space on the territory of the complex
EXPO 15 min to the Down Town 25 min to the beach 20 min by car. Golf club, park, pool!
Near golf club 5 min from the house
Grocery stores, walking areas.
There is a dedicated parking space on the territory of the complex, it can also be left nearly to the building.
The building is new, clean, mostly Europeans live
Buses run regularly to Metro Emirates Mall station. In the evening you can take a walk to the golf club and visit an excellent sports restaurant. Play tennis (this can be booked on the golf club)
Wellcom drink, tea coffee drinks, pure water is always combined. Smart TV with connected Netflix will not let you get bored in the evening before going to bed :)
For guests with a long stay, cleaning is available once every two weeks, for its implementation it is enough to write to me in the messenger.
Also for those who stay from one week, I give an entrance ticket to the "Green Room", located on the territory of the golf complex, where you can enjoy the outdoor pool, bar and sunbathe in the shade of palm trees! Accessibility 10 min walk from the house.
