About this house rental
Main floor of duplex with ramp access (permanent resident upstairs with completely separate access). Two outdoor entertainment areas including grill, picnic table, dining table and chairs. Lawn space at front and back of house as well. Deck wraps around one side of house to connect front of house deck to the more private covered deck. Free Off-street parking (no garage access). Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, city park, Lady of the Lake, City Beach, Central Gardens and less than a mile from the Legendary Surf Ballroom. Each of two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds with linens provided as well as blackout curtains for great night of sleep. Large living room includes sectional plus sleeper sofa. Full kitchen with full dining table also includes countertop ice maker, stocked with pots & pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster. High-speed Wireless Internet, smart tv, games available.
