Beautiful country house in the gated community of Ninho Verde 2 - Pardinho

Come and enjoy and relax with your family and friends in this charming country house. Located in a gated community, it offers tranquility, fresh air, and security. This new, modern, spacious, and air-conditioned house features three beautiful suites. All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning, ensuring your comfort. You can enjoy the heated pool with waterfall and jacuzzi, the gourmet area with barbecue, and the TV room. A true paradise, less than two hours from the capital of São Paulo.
The house is located in Condominio Ninho Verde II, a gated community with a country house feel. Lots of greenery, tranquility, and space for children to run free, as it has the security of a gated community.
We have a self check-in system, where the combination to the locker box will be provided at check-in time, allowing access to the keys.
- On Sundays, checkout is until 6 PM.
- The house has 3 en-suite bedrooms with hot and cold air conditioning, perfect for all seasons and maintaining the privacy of guests, where we can accommodate 8 people in beds and 2 people on extra mattresses on the floor;
The living room is practically a movie theater. With a 55-inch LG smart TV connected to the internet and available channels like Pluto TV, you can watch your favorite movies by accessing your streaming service with a cinematic experience. Oh, and that cold drink? There's a mini-fridge for that too!
- The gourmet area integrated with the pool area is amazing: it has two refrigerators, one serving the kitchen and the other for the barbecue and drinks; a living room with a 55-inch LG smart TV for music, football, and children's cartoons; a counter for chatting with the barbecue chef with 4 stools; a wonderful super wooden table with 8 seats; and a full bathroom serving the entire leisure area.
- Barbecue grill equipped with hood, grates, skewers, knives, cutting board, tongs, complete for your barbecue. (Note: we do not supply charcoal)
The pool is a delightful space, heated with solar energy, featuring a waterfall and jacuzzi, as well as a wonderful view of the valley, with an orange sunset that is a spectacle in itself; it's worth enjoying with friends and family.
- That nighttime explorer game with flashlights that the kids play? We have that too.
- The leisure area has 4 reclining beach chairs for topping up your tan, and a table with 4 padded chairs and a parasol for chatting with friends;

We offer:
- The bathrooms have toilet paper and liquid soap for the sinks;
- Guests must bring their own food, kitchenware, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
- The beds come with a set of sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and a light blanket;
We provide 8 bath towels and 5 face towels.
We have two additional single mattresses in the house. If you wish to use them, you will need to bring extra bedding and pillows.
- Of the items included in the barbecue, we do not provide charcoal.
