The host was incredible. They helped us out with a last-minute booking at 7:00 p.m. and responded very quickly. The property was clean and very nice. We will be booking with this host again!

We had a very nice stay at this house. The communication with JamHouse was perfect. They responded very quickly to our questions.
We wished that it had been pointed out that the third WC is located in the laundry room which is next to the terrace and can only be reached when you step out of the main building. In contrast to the two bathrooms in the main building an the garden house, that toilet is not renovated.
Apart from that the property is just as described.
Overall we had a really good time and will surely be back if we go to Sydney the next time.

This property was the perfect size for our family with 3 bedrooms in the main house and a granny flat out the back.
The check in and communication with the owner was fantastic.
The only suggestion I can make for a better experience are as follows:
1. We stayed int he middle of summer and only the granny flat has air conditioning. The main house needs at the very least fans as theres no air circulating and Sydney can get very hot.
2. There needs to be better bed linen as some of the beds only had a sheet and the beds are very hard
3. The neighbours are very colourful and we were lucky to only have them on the premises once. Please fix the gate locks at the front and back of the property
