Before booking, please note:
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of 250€ if there is evidence such as smell, ashes, cigarette butts).
•Online registration: guest data must be registered independently through our own platform before arrival
•Check-in: in-person, our team will be on site with 30 minutes prior notice. Arrivals after 8 PM are subject to extra cost.
•Access: After the apartment is ready and the online registration is correctly completed.
Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct on the reservation. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the indicated number may result in additional fees or refusal of stay.
Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of 90€ for water and electricity applies; extra will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.
Apartment access with elevator (we are not responsible for elevator malfunctions). There are stairs to the elevator.
Zero tolerance for noise in the apartment. We have very sensitive neighbours and a decibel meter with automatic notifications

Overall, this property met our need for 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is quite spacious and across the street from the Botanical Gardens, which was lovely to visit. It is about a 10-15 min. drive to downtown and a 45 minute walk and grocery stores nearby. We found it challenging to communicate with several different people with Vacationy, the manager of the property. Two people got locked into bathrooms as the inside handle fell off, no hot water in the washroom, light fixtures that were missing bulbs or flickering and a dining room table that needed a latch to keep it closed, plus wall outlets that were loose. A big issue is that there is no Air Conditioning and it was quite warm. I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be in the summer.
