Welcome to your own private waterfront oasis! This stunning newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom rancher boasts custom finishes throughout and is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting and open living space that seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors. The large windows and glass doors provide breathtaking water views and ample natural light.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, custom cabinetry, a pot filler, wine fridge and all the utensils you need to whip up a delicious meal. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area or outside on the expansive deck while taking in the serene bay views. Coffee and Drip coffee maker are provided for your use. Breakfast is not provided.

The back living room area looks out over the water and has plenty of natural light! It’s a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. It will also include a queen pull-out couch to sleep some of your guests.

Each of the three bedrooms is elegantly appointed with comfortable beds ensuring a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a full/full bunkbed with a pullout trundle. Bed linens will not be provided, they can be brought or rented. All beds will be outfitted with a mattress protector only. The two modern bathrooms are stylishly designed and feature high-end fixtures and amenities. One features a bathtub and the other a custom shower.

Outside, you can soak up the sun on the deck, take a refreshing dip in the bay, go fishing from your own private dock or dip your toes in our Stock Tank Pool. You'll have easy access to some of the best fishing and water sports that the area has to offer. A kayak and stand-up paddleboard are provided for your use. Any and all use of the amenities (access to swimming, bicycle, kayaks, and paddleboard) will be at the guest(s) own risk. It is assumed that they will be used properly and safely (and carefully, as if they were a tenant’s own property).

We are not responsible for any accidents that occur or happen in, on, or near the water or on the premises. Life jackets are provided (4 adult sized medium, 2 infant). There are no lifeguards on duty at any time. Be safe and never swim or use the amenities alone. Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property in both the front and rear of the house.

Located just a short drive from town, you'll have plenty of opportunities to explore the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. But with everything this property has to offer, you may never want to leave! In case you do, 2 bikes, 4 beach tags and 4 beach chairs are provided for you! It’s about a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach!

Access to the TV includes Roku sticks in each of the 3 bedrooms and living room (set to guest mode, so you can use your own logins) YouTube TV is also included for access to live TV.

A grill is provided for use. Please replace cover once cooled down after use as to protect it from the elements. Please use foil and clean after using. Grilling utensils are in the drawer in the kitchen located under the coffee machine.

You will have access to both driveways with ample space to park your cars or boat. There’s also a one car garage to protect your vehicles from the elements.
