Cozy, quiet lakeside retreat on Ann Lake, 12 miles from Traverse City, Michigan. Easy walk to the Village of Lake Ann. Outside amenities include 75 feet of private beachfront (the lake bottom is hard sand), a dock with a rowboat and two kayaks, a large level yard with a sunny beach area, lounge chairs, an extra large deck with a table for 8, lakeside fire pit, and a propane grill.

There is a large great room with a flat-screen TV, Wifi internet connection, fireplace, a large dining table, and a nicely equipped kitchen. The home sleeps 8 in real beds. There are two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the main level, each with a queen size bed. One loft bedroom with a double bed. The remaining loft area has one queen-sized bed and two twin beds. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. The home has central heat and air conditioning. A washer and dryer is also included. This is a SMOKE-FREE home!

Wonderful vacation amenities and activities surround the property. Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore and Dunes, Interlochen Arts Academy, golf courses, small Village park and larger Township park, walking/hiking trails, wineries, arts and crafts, antiques and boutiques, excellent fine and casual dining.
