We enjoyed our stay at the Caroline suite. The kitchen and bathroom was nicely updated and having a separate kitchen/living/bedroom for this price was appreciated. We were within a nice walking distance of Duval street. After spending the day walking around Duval Street we enjoyed a relaxing late afternoon in the pool.

Great stay. Owner stayed in communication and was available if we needed anything. Clean rooms. Nice pool. My only complaint was living room had no natural light but we weren’t there much anyway. Would definitely rent again.

Host was fine & responsive. The location was great close enough to walk to many beaches/ parks & duvall street. The apt was clean and met our needs. However it is missing many amenities that just seem to be common sense, such as there’s absolutely nowhere to hang up any clothing. There were no kitchen towels in the kitchen to wash dishes with, there were no coffee table or dining room table to be able to sit and eat any food at there’s nowhere to lay out suitcases, it is really very sparse and missing a lot of details that would just be expected.
