Huge, 3 story, 7 bedroom (each with private bath) downtown rental for large groups located in the historic South Hill Neighborhood.
Walking distance to UK campus, Rupp Arena and downtown Lexington. This historic home is ideal for large groups (wedding parties, bourbon tourists, birthday celebrations, etc.)

Perfect for our group of six couples on the Bourbon Trail! House is in excellent condition, well decorated and extremely clean. Hosts communicated well and great to work with.

This was a great property that was extremely well kept, in a great area of town and had a fun outside patio space. We were blessed with some great weather, and used the patio more than any amenity in the house. Highly recommend to any future stays.

A group of friends gathered at Napa House to enjoy Lexington and Keenland. Beautiful home, walking distance to down town and an easy drive to Keenland. I highly recommend Napa House.
