Located in the town of Eyragues, Le Moulin des Rosiers is an extraordinary place.
A magnificent garden, a 12*4 swimming pool, shaded terraces, it's a hidden gem in the heart of Provence.
With the addition of air conditioning throughout the house, the interior enjoys all the elements of warmth, luxury and comfort. The large kitchen with its dining area is very well equipped. 2 living areas.
The 4 bedrooms are spacious and have breathtaking views of the garden and the Alpilles, each with their own bathroom and toilet.
**Ground floor** :
•Entrance • 2 Living room with lounge (fireplace/satellite TV)
•Fully equipped kitchen and back kitchen with additional fridge / dining room •Guest toilets •Laundry room
* Bedroom 1: 160 bed, complete bathroom en suite - shower and wc
**First floor**
* Bedroom 2: 160 bed en-suite shower room - bath shower and wc
* Bedroom 3: 2 single beds en-suite shower room - shower and wc.
* Bedroom 4: 180 bed, bathroom – shower and toilet

Petanque....
Linens, towels and bath sheets are provided. The beds are made up just before your arrival. You will find cosmetic items in the bathrooms and some cold drinks in the fridge.

Si les photos en disent long, la réalité est époustouflante! Dans cette bâtisse pleine de charme, à la décoration affirmée, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve! Chaque terrasse offre une vue magnifique, que ce soit sur le jardin très bien entretenu, sur l'élégante piscine, sur la bâtisse somptueuse ou sur les reines du lieu, les Alpilles! Tout appelle à la détente, au délassement, aux retrouvailles! A vivre absolument 🌞

Joli mas a l'écart et avec très belle vue sur les Alpilles. Les propriétaires ont fait une renovation de qualité et de gout dans les traditions provençales (bravo a eux et felicitations). Maison fonctionnelle, très bien équipée pour un séjour en famille.
