The team behind District17 is pleased to present you the newest aparthotel in the heart of the city: House of Loft Affair. 5 exclusive boutique apartments, designed with attention to the smallest detail, are located in a bourgeois house from the 19th century. The beautiful, renovated tenement house is inscribed on the list of monuments of the former Krakow Śródmieście district. Preserved in the style of a bourgeois house, today it consists of 5 apartments representing 3 styles of Krakow: loft-industrial, neoclassical and contemporary.

Apartment guests can use the private wellness area free of charge in the historic cellars of the tenement house consisting of a sauna and gym. There is also a beautiful patio with bikes for the exclusive use of the aparthotel guests. The apartments are equipped with high-class electronics / household appliances and designed according to the latest design trends. House of Loft Affair is a place for customers who want comfort and modern amenities, and who value intimacy, peace and individuality.

Apartment is located on the groundfloor of the renovated, historic tenement house, equipped with an elevator.
Apartment can fit up to 6 people and consists of two floors with two sleeping areas. It has one bedroom (with king size bed), wardrobe space, bathroom with a shower (downstairs), living room with double sofa beds and separate kitchen with dining area with all necessary equipment. There is possibility of using air-conditioning in the summer.
Apartment is cosy and spacious, ideal for family, couple or group of friends. Located close to railway station and Main Square, allows to spend amazing time in Cracow.
Our guests have access to sauna, gym with personal training on request and patio where they can spend their free time during summer.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and building. Everything is included in price and at guest's disposal, including professional hotel bedlinen, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials.
Guests can ask for concierge services any time during their stay.

Kraków Krzywa street is the very center of the Old Town, yet quiet, peaceful street. Thus, within 2 minutes walk you get to the Main Square, a 10 minute walk separates us from the main Railway/Bus station and Krakow Gallery.

The flat is placed near tramway stops and a bus stop, on the right of apartment. Therefore if you get from the airport by train you only have to pass 500m. All main tramway lines are available.
