The Neighborhood:
Quite and safe neighborhood! The area is full of restaurants, stores, and shops nearby. Easy access to the freeway for convenient access to the rest of the east and west valley.
Getting Around:
15 Min Drive to State Farm Stadium, Gila River Arena, Westgate Entertainment District, Top Golf & Popstroke
20 Min Drive to Footprint Center & Downtown Phoenix
25 Min Drive to Old Town Scottsdale
25 Min to ALL Spring Training Games
Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Restaurants nearby can be walked to if desired. Plenty of street parking, but you have access to the garage and driveway for parking.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
The pool gets serviced weekly on Mondays. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.
Hot Tub is available year round. No eating or drinking in the hot tub. Please be gentle with hot tub cover. The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

We had a very busy weekend between the Waste Management Tournament and the SMX race and this was the perfect middle spot. It was so comfortable and clean and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. I highly recommend!

Needed a home for the wk close to GCU to move you daughter in. We were 2k miles from home and with everything going on that wk, staying here made the process that much easier. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, all the amenities we needed were there. A home away from home. Richard our host was BEYOND helpful and kind. Now that we have a vacation in AZ for the next four years, we’ll be staying in one of Richard’s home every time. Thank you again for EVERYTHING!
