We stayed two nights at Juan's place when we traveled to Traverse City with my sister and her husband. It was PERFECT for two couples....two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. It is located in a locked apartment building (felt very safe) that is centrally located. The building was very nice.....clean lobby and hallways. We cooked two meals while there, and his kitchen had most everything we needed. I had messaged him to ask if he had a 9x13 baking dish, which he went out and purchased for our stay! Juan was very quick to respond to any questions. Check in and check out was a breeze....very clear instructions. We had a wonderful time checking out some local wineries, and this place was the perfect spot to call home while in town. We would not hesitate to stay again.

This place has a good location (<1 mile walk to the beach & backs up to the TART. The unit itself is a nice too - you can walk right out to the sidewalk from the sliding door. I liked the divided floor plan. The community space is small - big enough to eat and get a few things done. I think it’s perfect because you are basically encouraged to get out and engage with the area. Juan was the best!
