About this villa rental
This new 350m2 two-store villa is located on plot of 6000m2 offering privacy and tranquility surrounded by lush gardens. The upper floor comprises of four gracefully designed bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen whilst the ground floor comprises of two more bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a living room area with a bar, a modern gym room with WC, a cozy home cinema and an outdoor infinity heated pool surrounded by lush garden.
If you want to stay fit, you will be happy to exercise in a fully furnished fitness room while watching the news or listening to music. A boules game (with amazing view of course!) is also available enjoying open air activities around a glass of rose or a refreshing ouzo.
And for those that are willing to watch a movie, no need to go to the cinema : The villa has a cutting edge home cinema.
At only 50’ drive from International Heraklion airport (HER) and 10 km from Agios Nikolaos, the Villa has the ideal location for a holiday escape with breathtaking views to the Elounda Bay. Our guests can can walk down to the Elounda village with a great choice of restaurants, bars and shopping whilst Plaka with the famous Spinalonga island is only 5’ drive.
-A guarantee of 1500€ to be charged upon check in. This amount will be refunded after clients’ departure followed a thorough inspection by the local manager.
- Villa’s agreement must be signed in order for the booking to be valid.
- Pool Heating: 300€/week up to 28C. 48hrs notice.
*The environmental fee is NOT included in the price, it must be paid upon arrival and concerns the accommodation/day.
