Check in progress was smooth. Kitchen was well stocked. A/C worked very well and TV was compatible with the apps we use. Comfortable bed and apartment. Would stay again. Dane always answered promptly to any questions we had

Dane is an amazing host - responsive and well accommodating! One thing that impressed me was that his place is so well equipped with everything especially the kitchen stuff! The views were great! The close proximity to the China town and downtown eating places was an added bonus. Last but not the least Dane was gracious enough to let me do an early checkin and a late checkout which let me spend more time with my sick mom! Thank you once again! Hope to visit your place again!

Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Apartment was nice but shows some wear and tear with kitchen cupboard doors needing to be fixed more securely. There was only a minimal amount of silverware but an adequate supply of dishes. Communication with the owner was excellent and providing us with a late check out was greatly appreciated.

The place was clean, conveniently located. Kitchen was well equip. Dane was very responsive and nice. We enjoyed our stay.
