The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent this charming 80 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Mougins, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises an attractive 36 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 750 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

- A 36 m² living room with TV, Wifi, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed
- Bedroom 2: one double bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with bathtub and adjoining WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (5x3m), open from May to the end of October (opening dates non-contractual).
- A beautiful garden of approx. 750 m².
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Mougins, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
