I was a little nervous about the apartment at first because there were no reviews, new listing. The space is perfect for a single person or a couple, since it's a studio. I LOVED the decor, very cute. Well appointed with everything that you need for a short or even long term stay. Strong wifi, I was able to be in Zoom meetings without issue. The beach is a five minute walk from the apartment. There are restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Alicia was a little behind sending me the apartment number and a local walked me there. I met Alicia at the apartment (once I found it) and she was very welcoming and walked me through the property and made sure that I understood everything for a comfortable stay in spite of our language barrier. Overall, I highly recommend this property!
