Kitchen & Amenities: Fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a compact in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience.
Climate Control: Electric heating to keep you comfortable year-round.
Bathroom: Full interior bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 6)
Loft 1: King Bed (Accessed via ladder/stairs)
Loft 2: Queen Bed (Accessed via ladder/stairs)
Ground Level: Twin Bunk Bed (Two twin beds)

Layout & Accessibility: Loft beds are reached via stairs/ladders; the compact layout may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility or seniors.
Ranch Setting & Nature: Located on an active farm surrounded by nature. You may encounter seasonal farm insects outside despite our regular professional pest control.
Livestock: Ranch animals are on-site spring through fall (off-site during winter).

We stayed here July 3-6. Location was good for us as we like to stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life while on vacation. Enjoyed a festival in Victor on our way in to town and woke up to hot air balloons 5th and 6th. Perfect view of the Tetons from the house. Visited Jackson Hole, Grand Tetons while here and this location is perfect. Space was just right for the 3 of us. Beds were so comfortable and shower was nice pressure and hot.
