About this house rental
You will be close to everything staying at this centrally-located home! Just a 15 min drive to Lexington (the 1st north resort) & 5 minutes from everything a city offers, it’s best of both worlds! Explore the quaint DT of Lexington which features shops, restaurants, beaches & more or take a drive into Fort Gratiot to shop at the typical big name stores.
Right down the road there is the Burtchville park that has public.
Parking in back of home. Turn east down Elaine and then north on Lorraine, the driveway accessible from Lorraine.
A car is needed to travel
HOUSE RULES:
- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors'way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garabage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- No tents, campers or motor homes are allowed

This was a perfect place for me for a mini vacation. Being a single traveler I don't need a huge place but I don't want to be confined to a hotel either. Cozy, view of Lake Huron across the road. Good location between Port Huron and Lexington. House is stocked with all your kitchen needs. I did not cook, but I did take advantage of restaurants along the way. I enjoyed many beaches in the area, and seeing the lighthouses along the coast as I wandered the area.

You can tell the host cares with just the amount of homely touches. Well stocked shelves and clean home. The view was great!
