This tri-level downtown McCall condo combines modern comfort with an upscale rustic mountain feel, creating the perfect home base for your McCall getaway. Thoughtfully designed with multiple levels, the layout offers plenty of space for groups while still feeling cozy and inviting.

The first floor features the private entry and attached two-car garage, providing convenient year-round access and plenty of room for storing outdoor gear after a day of adventure.

On the second floor, guests will find the main living spaces including the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and a convenient half bathroom. The open-concept design makes it easy to gather together, whether you are cooking meals, relaxing by the propane fireplace, or enjoying a movie night after exploring town. Step outside onto the private balcony to grill dinner and take in the fresh mountain air.

The third floor features all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, creating a comfortable and private retreat for restful nights after busy days on the lake, trails, or ski slopes.

Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

We had an amazing weekend in McCall and loved the rental. It was very clean and cozy. It also provided a lot of the items we needed. I only have two small downsides, there were no trash bags left for us so we couldn’t replace the garbage bags we took out and there was a used bandaid stuck to the throw blankets in the living room.

Love how clean everything was, the proximity to downtown, the baby gates, and overall property management and communication. We will 100% come back to this same exact condo!
