About this house rental
The apartment is located on a nice tree lined street in a quiet neighborhood. Every major bank, great restaurants, shopping and parks are close. Also the Parque Kennedy, Larco Mar and beaches of Miraflores are less then 15 minutes away!!
The apartment has recently been upgraded with many new features including a double bed, one and a half bed, sofa bed, two 43 inch TV, dinette set, bbq grill, exercise equipment, a customized closet with loads of drawers and shelves, and new wall decor.
There is complete access to the apartment building, an assigned space to park and a terrace overlooking the street!!
It is always easy to get around in Miraflores. There are numerous taxis, buses, designated bike paths for bicycles and scooters. A courtesy breakfast (self service) on your first day if you book for one week or more.
Fresh sheets and towels will be provided before your stay, for an additional fee they can be changed.
Please, keep the apartment tidy and clean.
If anything is missing or damaged, we will notify you with the amount needed to replace or repair those items.
Stains on sheets and towels should be avoided, otherwise an additional fee will be charged. Allow only one pet and pet fee is $10.00 per stay.
