In the heart of one of the most beautiful regions of France, the Villa Rozet in Pont de Vaux in the Ain, opens its doors to you for a dream stay.
In this nineteenth century mansion, which combines its historical charm (historic residence and heritage foundation) with the modernity of its facilities, you can treat yourself to a well-deserved and peaceful break, as well as a luxury holiday to discover the terroirs of Burgundy, Franche-Comté, and Rhône-Alpes or even to radiate a little further.
In the middle of its one-hectare park, with trees more than a hundred years old, the three-storey residence offers spacious, richly decorated spaces, with top-of-the-range services, for ten residents.
In addition to a large modern kitchen, with breakfast table, a fully equipped laundry room, and a toilet, you will have, on the first floor, a beautiful dining room and a superb living room with television (Netflix) and a Yamaha C3 grand piano available for rent for musicians (warn in advance).
The bedrooms, including two magnificent master suites with dressing rooms, all have a bathroom and toilet.
Outside, you will have a large stone terrace equipped for meals and by a large heated mirror swimming pool (15m), you can relax in the garden furniture. You will also benefit from the outdoor equipment, (petanque court, playground for children) or you will isolate yourself for reading on one of the many benches spread throughout the property. A Tesla charging station is also available on the property.
