Welcome to the beautiful area of Aiguafreda, on the spectacular Costa Brava. We present La Gervaise, an attractive two-storey house set on a peaceful, sunny, sloping plot, just 4.1 km from the centre of Begur. This property is an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday in a privileged setting.
The house has an approximate surface area of 150 m² and features four comfortable bedrooms, providing plenty of space for an enjoyable stay with family or friends.
The spacious living and dining room, measuring approximately 50 m², has a welcoming fireplace, a television with international channels and direct access to a pleasant terrace.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals, including an oven, dishwasher and electric coffee machine. It also has a practical breakfast bar, allowing guests to spend time together while cooking. A comfortable bedroom is located on the ground floor, providing an ideal place to rest after a day exploring the Costa Brava.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, no food products are provided in the house, including salt, sugar, oil, coffee, water or similar items.
One of the main attractions of La Gervaise is its private kidney-shaped swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off and relaxing during the warmer months.
The house also features a garden terrace of approximately 150 m² and a 45 m² covered porch, where you can enjoy sea views and the Mediterranean climate. The outdoor area includes a barbecue, making it ideal for preparing meals outside and enjoying pleasant evenings with family or friends.
A wide variety of activities and places to explore can be found nearby. The sandy beach of Sa Riera and the picturesque cove of Sa Tuna are approximately 2.7 km away. The terraces on the upper floor offer magnificent views of the surrounding area. The amenities provided are an initial courtesy intended to make guests’ arrival easier and cover their first basic needs. Guests must purchase any products they require during their stay, as amenities are not replenished.
The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning, bed linen and one set of towels per person, consisting of one bath towel and one hand towel. Changes of bed linen or towels during the stay are not included unless they have been booked in advance as an additional service.
Pets are welcome, subject to an additional charge of €30 per pet.

Easy check-in and communication from the rental agency. The house feels spacious inside and out. Lovely clean pool and good facilities inside the house. The views from the house are amazing and the location is great for exploring local beaches and towns by car, or walking the coastal paths and enjoying the many hilltop views.

Great location in a quiet hillside neighbourhood. We walked down to Aiguafreda a few times, and from there it is a short walk to the beach and cafes at Sa Tuna. The house is spacious inside and outside and the pool was perfect for a morning swim, or cooling off after the beach. The neighbourhood is very peaceful but we found great places to eat within 10mins drive - either in Begur or along the coast. The Comangau agency are also lovely to do business with. The only thing that could be improved would be aircon - it did get very warm at night during August.
