Can Moranta is a charming two-bedroom villa, surrounded by green woodland and nestled within the delightful Mallorcan countryside. North Mallorca is famous for its sweet wines, delicious liquors and tasty olive oil products, making this region popular with wine lovers. Take a trip to one of the stunning wineries local to Villa Pedro Monjo, enjoy a tour and sample some local wines, before taking a bottle back to enjoy on the sunkissed terrace. 
Enjoy the alfresco lifestyle back at the villa, with a covered terrace and a bench-style dining table, ideal for a light lunch in the shade. There's also an open terrace, where a dining table comfortably seats all 4 four guests and sits adjacent to the brick-built BBQ. Take a dip in the refreshing 5x4 metre pool midday, cooling off from the hot Mallorcan sunshine. 
Inside, this charming property retains its traditional charm. A large wooden door leads off the covered terrace and into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This room is beautiful, with beamed ceilings, cottage style wooden windows and soft furnishings. To the left you'll notice the kitchen, with brown wall tiles and all the essentials, including a microwave, fridge freezer and oven with hob. To the right you'll notice the living area, with comfy sofas, a dining table and a satellite TV. There's two bedrooms, one twin room and one double, both with timed air conditioning and share a separate full family bathroom.
Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. The driveway is on a slope. To access the villa there is a path which is 98cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 125cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 98cm wide. Outside, there are 2 steps down to the pool area. The terrace is open-plan and consists of tiles and lawn. The pool itself has step access, whilst there is an edging around the pool. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 78cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 78cm.
