Stunning Waterfront Home with Gulf Access
Welcome to your dream vacation retreat! This bright and clean home features updated ceramic driftwood floors throughout, creating a modern yet cozy beach house vibe.
Living Space: The open living room is the perfect place to relax, equipped with a large TV, Xfinity cable, Netflix, and Hulu. The primary bedroom also has a TV with Xfinity and smart capabilities, ensuring you're entertained throughout your stay. The poolside guest bedroom, and garden side bedroom includes a smart TV with Xfinity, Netflix, Hulu, and other apps for your convenience.
Pool & Outdoor Area: Step outside to your personal paradise. The large, screened-in pool area features a bar fridge to keep your drinks cold. Enjoy full Xfinity cable on the poolside TV, and make use of the pool floaters and kid's accessories available. The pool heater maintains a comfortable 86°F, with solar heating during warmer months reaching about 89°F.
For your entertainment, there's a stereo at the Tiki bar and a Bluetooth speaker for use down at the dock. A "Google-Home" in the dining room can assist with any questions you may have about local attractions, restaurants, weather, and more.
Waterfront & Dock: From the pool area, you'll have a stunning view of the waterfront, lined with palm trees. The dock is equipped with 4 large chairs, perfect for enjoying the 200 ft wide canal and unforgettable sunsets. At night, underwater fish lights illuminate the canal, providing a magical view of the swimming fish. Jump in a Kayak and enjoy the water views.
Extras: Fishing rods are provided for those looking to fish off the dock, and there are 4 bicycles in the garage for guests to use. You'll also find 6 beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, board games, puzzles, and cards for indoor and outdoor fun. 2 Kayaks on a rack outside of lanai.
Boating: If you wish to explore Fort Myers or Sanibel islands by boat or simply cruise the canals, the dock is available for your use, with a 25-minute boat ride out to the Caloosahatchee and gulf. Keep an eye out for wildlife, including fish, iguanas, dolphins, and manatees right from the dock.
Additional Amenities: The home includes a washer and dryer, a BBQ poolside with extra propane in the garage, and a palm tree-lined driveway that accommodates up to 3 cars.
Location: Conveniently located near local shopping centers like Wal-Mart and Publix, as well as several popular restaurants. Cape Coral beach is just a 10-minute drive away, with Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches around 40 minutes away.

Pet Policy:
We welcome one small dog (up to 20 lbs) with prior approval.
-For larger dogs, approval is required.
-No pet fee on approved pets.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds under any circumstances.
-Please roll up the living room carpet and store it in the garage upon arrival, and replace it upon departure. This helps accommodate guests with pet allergies.
-We kindly ask for your honesty, as previous guests have not followed these rules.
-As animal lovers, we strive to keep our home pet-friendly, but we rely on our guests' cooperation.
-If Kayaks are used please put back on racks at end of your holiday, and paddles under it. Lifejackets back in garage.
