About this house rental
Beautiful, fully furnished brick house on a quiet, tree-lined street in Millersville. Private driveway. Semi-fenced back yard (one side only), with a swingset and playhouse for kiddos. Centrally located in Lancaster county, close to most attractions. Millersville University campus, Freedom Memorial Park and John Herr's grocery store are within walking distance.
4 bedroom brick colonial- first floor consists of formal living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, half bath and family room. Second floor has 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom is very spacious with a nice view out the back bay windows and has an en-suite bathroom with shower. 3 additional bedrooms are upstairs, and also a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The basement is equipped with laundry and also a playroom with a futon for additional guests.
Private parking in the driveway. You can also park on the street if you'd like.

The house is on a beautiful, tree-shaded street in the heart of Millersville. Walking distance to Millersville University, the local grocery store (John Herr's), and many other shops.
We are located off 999 in Millersville. We are approx. 15 min from downtown Lancaster.

We enjoyed the centralized location to other attractions. The internet worked great and we loved the dining room for “family” dinners. We do wish there had been more seating in the sun room/living area, with 6 of us someone always ended up sitting on the floor. The driveway looked wider in the photos online and though we were told there was street parking, in front of the house always seemed to be taken and what wasn’t couldn’t be used due to a fire hydrant.
