Excellent host, always available and willing to help in any way they can. The house is well located at about 200 meters from the beach. It is very confortable and has (almost) everything you need to have a perfect vacation including chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. With a few minor changes I would definitely come back.
There is only 1 TV in the house placed in the living room, so no TV's in the bedrooms. The living room doesn't have a curtain and the back yard is "shared" with other neighbors, so the neighbors walking in back yard can see right through into the house. Living room curtain is really a must for privacy.
It would be nice to have an umbrella to block the sun in the beach. These in my opinion are minor changes that done to the place would rice the price/quality relation.
