La qualité de la conception de la maison avec la grande terrasse avec vue panoramique et l'espace parental au rez-de-chaussée et les chambres enfants à l'étage. La modernité du mobilier et des équipements de la cuisine et des salles de bains.
Des tablettes accessoires dans la salle de bain du bas... Mais c'est un détail !
