The pool and gardens were nice. Accommodation was good. The kitchen was well equipped, but only 3 cups.
The sun loungers were rusty and no towels for sun loungers. They wanted you to purchase from them. The chopping boards in kitchen could do with being replaced as very worn.
Only 1 key so you had to be together.
No hot water on penultimate day and delay in water eventually heating up after contacting hosts.
Delay in reimbursing our deposit ( stated in terms would be refunded on check out but we had to wait 5 days ). Some redecoration needed and maintenance on two door handles required. Would not call the apartment “amazing”. No pool view as stated unless you walked to end of garden and no bbq as stated.
