The apartment has a colorful, modern design and warm atmosphere. Nikos, the property owner was super friendly and cooperative, he helped with all my requests for early check in and questions. Very convenient location next to stores, while being quiet without city noise.
Would be great to add a hanger for the coats, a microwave and a couple of large salad bowls

Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται μαγαζιά και φούρνοι για φαγητό/πρωινό, για καφέ, για ποτό. Επίσης, υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, μετρό για να πας στο κέντρο της πόλης αλλά και με λίγα λεπτά περπάτημα βρίσκεσαι κοντά στην παραλιακή για βόλτα. Η κουζίνα του διαμερίσματος παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις, το ίντερνετ πάει σφαίρα, καθαρό διαμέρισμα κι άνετο κρεβάτι.
Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλή περιοχή με δυσκολία στη στάθμευση (μάλλον μέρη στη Θεσσαλονίκη σε κέντρο και απόκεντρο έχουν θέμα με το πάρκινγκ). Θα ήταν καλό να υπάρχει μια κρεμάστρα τοίχου ή καλόγερος για τα μπουφάν. Επίσης, η πόρτα του μπάνιου, κατά την προσωπική μου άποψη, θεωρώ πως δεν προσφέρει ηχομόνωση και ατομικότητα της προσωπικής στιγμής. Το τραπεζάκι στο σαλόνι θα μπορούσε να είναι μεγαλύτερο, π.χ. ίσα ίσα που χωράει ένα κουτί πίτσας.
