Owner came to hand over keys. He was also very felxible with our arrival time which due to traffic changed dynamically. He also gave us a tour to explain the property and the facilities.
It was a bit of a shock that a concrete half finished building was standing right in front of us but we learned to ignore it and left some shutters down to block the view from the inside.
