Colina Boutique Apartment - Free Parking&Smart TV

I love the property. If you’re traveling by car, then it’s easy breezy to get there and the parking lot is underground, so in the winter the car would be safe from snow and rain overnight; then the parking space is right next to the building entrance, so I carried the bags for about 3-4meters, no extra fuss. The view is just fabulous from that floor: you wake up and see the mountains. The same from the living room. The open kitchen has everything one would expect and there is a lot of space and light in the apartment. Clean, with extra pillows, sheets and other useful items. Everything works properly and the heating system works perfectly. It’s my second time going there for a short 3-day stay and I will go back for sure.

There is no closet. For 2-3days, it’s completely manageable. But for a week in the winter in a ski vacation, it would be a bit hard to keep all the clothing AND the equipment somewhere.

Apartament has a very nice design, great view good underground parking spot. Self-checkin.

Misses a bit of attention to details. You can tell that the cleaning crew is not reporting back any issues to be fixed. -shower has slippery tiles, almost broke my neck. They used wall tiles on the floor. And they didn't put an anti slip mat on the shower floor. Or a mat on the bathroom floor. -there was no toilet paper nor liquid soap in the bathroom -the shower area is leaking, something that could have been easily fixed with a bit of silicone. Instead, no one cared, water in time started affecting the bathroom door. Shame. -no microwave, which clearly is a bigger priority than the existing oven. -no closet/wardrobe/shelves to put your things in all the house -no real window shades , light cane through in the morning

Отличные, стильные апартаменты с красивым дизайном. В них запросто можно расположился семье из 4 человек. Большая кровать, плюс диван в студии. Вид на горы отдельная достопримечательность. Можно просто наслаждаться в любое светлое время дня. Стильная посуда. Удобное паркоместо рядом с лифтом.

Хозяевам необходимо исправить некоторые детали чтобы эта квартира стала просто прекрасной на все 10 баллов. Необходимо пригласить сантехника и прочистить все дренажи на кухне и в ванной. Исправить ситуацию с бойлером и горячая вода была доступна. Возможно провести интернет телевидение. В непогоду можно будет смотреть YouTube. Но в целом, повторюсь! Отличная стильная квартира!

Centrala termica defecta, acces dificil in camera (necesita 3 coduri de acces diferite), lipsa articolelor de toaleta (recipienti goi sau lipsa), apartamentul nepregatit corespunzator pentru oaspeti in ceea ce priveste indicatii de acces la wifi si tv, neverificarea prealabila a functionarii centralei termice.
