The property is located in a quiet area near the city center, has got a nice garden with lots of cute cats. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly people and the house is clean and well furnished. We parked our car in the patio for the night, but the neighborhood is very safe anyway.
There is no wi-fi connection, which might be a problem for foreigners. Besides that, everything was good.

Der Garten ist wunderschön und man denkt man wäre in Italien. Die Besitzerin kann leider kein englisch aber das war kein Hindernis da sie uns ihre Tochter am Telefon gab. Man hat alles was man braucht.
Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, allerdings zwei Ventilatoren.

We did not expect but: across there is a sheepfold, every morning a rooster crows and hens lay eggs. The landlady gave us a few homemade eggs. At all very sincere hospitality. Location is almost out of the city of Orikum.
No Wi Fi, No air conditioning, There is TV device but no any connection, Only Albanian language speaking, We have an unexpected situation caused of the low quality of the shower faucet, in normal use was difficult to move the handle and it broke. We have to pay a new one (55 euro).
